The Digihaul Zoho Knowledge Base serves as a valuable resource for DigiHaulers, administrators, and anyone seeking information about DigiHaul's applications. It's designed to empower users with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively use and troubleshoot DigiHaul Platforms

Instructions: 


Step 1: Access the Zoho Knowledge Base

Open google chrome or preferred browser and navigate to the Zoho Knowledge Base site - https://support.digihaul.com/portal/en/home This is our personal DigiHaul knowledge base created and curated by our Technology Team! 




Step 2: Login to your Zoho Account

If you have a Zoho account, log in. 



Once logged in, locate the search bar on the Zoho Knowledge Base. This is usually at the top of the page.

In the search bar, type in your query or the keywords related to the information you're looking for. Be specific to get more accurate results.

Step 4: Review Search Results

After entering your query, press Enter or click on the search icon. Zoho Knowledge Base will generate a list of articles and resources related to your search.

Step 5: Optional - Category filters

You can use category filters to refine the search down to a type of document you are searching for within a category. 

Outcome:
